Spelman Estates (Rwanda) Limited is a real estate development company which buys and holds real estate assets in addition to developing, owning, and operating various commercial and hospitality assets. It has an African purview with significant presence in Rwanda. Spelman’s objective is to deploy its capital efficiently and generate returns via construction profit, rental income, and capital appreciation.
Spelman has invested in Rwanda’s retail, commercial, and hospitality real estate sector; and has over the years significantly built its assets under management, comprising of hospitality, retail, and commercial real estate assets. The Group’s crown jewel is The Pinnacle Kigali, an ultra-luxury boutique hotel and members club in Kigali, Rwanda.
