The Pinnacle Kigali was conceptualised as a highly exclusive ultra-luxury retreat. As a passion project, its development took approximately 5 years, weaving together the luxuries of both home and hotel. The land was acquired in March 2020, and the foundation work commenced in July 2020. The three-floor retreat has 8,500 m² of built-up area, situated on 3.2 acres of land.

The Pinnacle Kigali offers nine individually themed rooms with sweeping views of Kigali. The nine rooms are split across two floors: three on the First Floor, along with the Pinnacle Suite, and five on the Upper Ground.

To stay active with family or friends are three outdoor courts: Lawn Tennis, Padel Tennis, and a full-size Basketball court. Adding depth to the wellness offerings on the ground floor are state-of-the-art steam, sauna, and jacuzzi rooms, and a gym that serves the entire body with equipment for cardio, strengthening, and floor exercises. Down the corridor is a spa and salon catering to a wide range of grooming, skin, and body needs. The other half of the floor is dedicated to active play: a Dolby Atmos Home Cinema, with chairs that massage aching muscles and keep drinks cool, a Games Arcade to coax out the inner child in all of us, replete with board games, a pool table, and a four-lane bowling alley.

Restaurants and specialty beverage lounges present the ultimate crossroads— spoilt for choice. A rooftop terrace, a poolside restaurant, an Afro-Asian fusion Teppanyaki or fine dining present exquisite culinary experiences. Along with a deep roster of Champagnes, reds, whites, and ports carefully selected from vineyards around the world to satiate even the most sophisticated wine connoisseur, rest in a sleek, temperature-controlled wine cellar with a capacity of over 1000 bottles.
